Each company sets its own price. It depends on travelling by air or by coach, the hotel's stars and its distance from the Haram, the number of days, and the season; prices are usually higher around Ramadan. Every trip on Tawaf shows its price per person in Iraqi dinars, so you can compare before you book.
Both kinds of trip are on Tawaf. A trip by air is shorter and usually costs more; a trip by coach spends longer on the road and usually costs less. You can filter trips by air or by coach and see the airline, the number of days and the hotel for each one.
The company you book with applies for the visa. In the Tawaf app you upload a passport photo and a selfie for each traveller, follow the company's review and the visa status, and get a notification when it is approved. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months; the company confirms any other requirements.
Choose a trip in the Tawaf app and send a booking request with your travellers' details. When the company accepts it, pay in the app with FIB or in cash at a Tawaf payment point. Your booking, documents and visa status then stay in one place.
Companies add new trips throughout the year, and each trip shows its departure and return dates. Ramadan trips are listed the same way when companies offer them; they usually cost more and fill up early, so compare them as soon as they appear.
Choose a verified company: every company on Tawaf is reviewed before it can sell trips, and each trip shows the company's rating. Then compare the written itinerary, what the price includes and the cancellation terms.
